Youth Circus | Wookies | Mon & Sat
These sessions focus on the development of physical literacy and self-confidence through circus. We do this by creating a playful, collaborative, inclusive and non-competitive atmosphere. Circus skills improve locomotor skills, body control and balance but they also help to increase confidence, motivation and self-belief.
Skills covered: trampette, tumbling, trapeze, aerial hoop, silk, corde lisse, tight wire, pedal goes, globe, stilts, scarves, balls, hula hoop, diabolo, flower stick, hats, plate spinning.
