Are you looking to build up your strength, stamina and flexibility alongside your circus performance skills? Have you been developing your talents on the static trapeze, and feel ready to take on your next challenge? If so, the NoFit State weekly aerial hoop classes are for you!
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to improve both performance and stamina. Classes are booked with a maximum of eight students per class to ensure that everyone gets the time to master those tricky spins and balances.
Classes are on Monday evenings and bookable in monthly blocks.
The class from 6-8pm is a Level 2 class. To join this class you must have completed our mixed aerial class for beginners or have previous experience. In this class you will develop a repertoire of new moves and increase your skills on the hoop.
The classes from 7.45-9.45pm are designed for advanced students at Level 3 and Level 4. You must have been signed off by a NoFit State tutor to join these classes. You will learn more advanced moves and begin putting together routines.
You're welcome to pay by standing order

Our concession rate applies to students, senior citizens (over 65), and the unwaged.
