How to book a ticket
You can book a ticket online from NoFit State 24 hours a day. Online booking closes an hour before the performance is due to start. You can book a ticket over the phone from us when we’re on tour, Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm Tickets can also be purchase in person from the Tent box office 1 hour before the performance starts subject to availability.
Tickets purchased online or by telephone must be picked up from the Tent box office before the performance starts. Only tickets bought from NoFit State, its official website or from approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets may not under any circumstances be altered, defaced or copied.
You must produce a valid ticket to get into an event. Tickets purchased online or in person must be paid in full at the time of booking.
When you pick up your tickets, please check that they are for the correct event, date and time as we can’t always rectify mistakes on the day of the event.
All tickets, price types and discounts are subject to availability, can be changed and/or withdrawn without prior notice and do not apply to tickets already purchased.
NoFit State Circus will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Duplicates may be issued at the discretion of NoFit State Circus.
All tickets are sold subject to NoFit State Circus’ right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of unavoidable cause, without prior notification.
Concessions and discounts
Concessions are available on most classes, with proof of eligibility where a reduced price is given on NoFit State’s own website or at the box office. Unless otherwise stated concession tickets are available for children up to 16, students, people unemployed and in receipt of benefits, senior citizens, and MAX card users. Only one reduction can be applied to each ticket. Reductions may be limited.
People with a disability who require a carer to accompany them are entitled to a free ticket for their carer.
Exchanges and Refunds
Customers who wish to obtain a refund or transfer for tickets will incur a £3.00 transaction fee.
Only where a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the NoFit State or promoter or where an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the NoFit State Circus ‘s control, the purchaser of the ticket will be entitled to claim a refund from NoFit State Circus of the actual cost of purchase.
Tickets can be exchanged to an alternative performance of the same event up to 24 hours prior to the original performance date, subject to availability.
These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your personal information
In January 2013, NoFit State Circus began using a new box office system. We are taking this opportunity to refresh our data. Please make sure we have your details right by buying a ticket, calling us, emailing us or editing your own details and preferences online.
Within this website you can opt in to receive news from NoFit State. You can also choose whether you want to receive information from other relevant organisations. Customer booking information (excluding credit card details) may be shared with external agencies for the purpose of analysis. NoFit State Circus will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of data within this process.
Tickets are sold subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
All tented performances are promenade. This means the audience are standing, the show stewards move them around so they can be as close to the action as possible.
All performances are wheelchair accessible. If you require any additional assistance though the duration of the show you need to inform the show stewards on arrival.
Guide dogs are welcome within the venue.
Events may be age restricted and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check before purchasing.
If ticket holders have any special requirements or concerns about any special effects (e.g. strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, etc.) please inform the Box Office before ordering tickets.
Latecomers may be asked to wait until the interval or a suitable break in the performance before entering the venue.
The management of NoFit State Circus reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to health and safety and licensing reasons, and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
The unauthorised use of photographic or recording equipment, including mobile phone cameras, is not permitted in the venue. Please ensure that mobile phones are turned off before the start of the performance.
NoFit State reserves the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and sound recording in or around the venue.
Purchase of a ticket signifies the holder's consent to be photographed or sound recorded and to the commercial exploitation of such film or recording without any right to payment.
Any ticket holder who objects to being photographed or recorded must advise the Box Office Manager before the performance begins.
Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
The venue has a licensed bar which is open prior to performances, in the intervals and after the performance. Drinks can be consumed during the show. Adults should be prepared to show ID to prove they are 18 or over when buying alcohol. No unaccompanied children under the age of 14 may enter the bar area while alcohol is being served.
No food or drink may be brought into the venue unless with the permission of the NoFit State management.
